msg attahment issue

Hi,

I am not able to open msg attachment in outlook 2003 with sp2. But i am able
to open same attachment using following command outlook.exe /safe.

Then one of your add-ins is likely blocking it.

Tools - Options - Other -Advanced Options, look at the COM add-ins, start
unchecking, one by one (which will also require a restart) and see if it
suddenly starts to work at some point.
