mscoree.dll & shrl30.dll

When I run my Norton WinDoctor, I get the following
messages:

c:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\MicroSoftShared\ReferenceTitle
s\A\ERS2000.exe cannot access the necessary
file, "shrl30.dll"

and

c:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\InstallShield\Professional\Run
Time\0701\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe cannot access a
necessary file, "mscoree.dll".

Norton is unable to fix these two errors. Where can I
find these two files and to which folder should they be
copied to elliminate this error message?

This appears to be related to Encarta Encyclopedia. If you don't use that
program, uninstall it > see if that gets rid of the error. If you use it,
you can try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
