My Norton Utilities tells me that file mscoree.dll is
missing. Where can I find it? In what folder does it
belong?

Hi Joe,

Mscoree.dll is part of the .NET framework for Windows. Go to Add/Remove and
remove the .NET framework there. To reinstall .NET Framework go to:
www.microsoft.com/net or from from the windows update site.
