I have a system with newly installed XP Pro. The users is setup in the
administrator group. When I run 'MSCONFIG' I cal do everything but apply the
changes. Even if I do not apply the changes and exit, the changes are not
saved. The option to apply is there buy grayed out. Any ideas?
