MSConfig

I'm trying to remove unnecessary programs from my startup.
When I tried to open MSConfig through Start|Run... got the
following message:

"Cannot find the MSConfig file (or one of its component).
Make sure the path and file name is Correct and that all
required libraries are available."

Would like to know how to solve the problem?

msconfig is not part of a win2k install.
You can copy from an winxp installation, or download from here;
http://www.perfectdrivers.com/howto/msconfig.html

The heck with MSCONFIG. Go to http://www.snapfiles.com/get/starter.html and
download Starter. It will do everything MSCONFIG will do and then some. You
don't have to restart for changes to take effect either.
