msc issues

I recently did a WinXP2 restore on my Dell Dimension 8250 and due to some
Windows problems recognizing a USB Kodak EasyShare 4000 printer dock but not
loading the hardware drivers, thought I'd check Services to see if I had plug
and pray disabled. Now Windows sayys it cannot open files .msc. I'm not
sure where that program resides, I386? And how would I reload it properly.

Thanks,

Never mind on this, I re-associated the files with mmc.exe and they all open
fine. Still cannot run the EasyShare 4000 Printer Dock, though. It was
running fine several months ago and even though WinXp recognizes the "new
hardware Kodak Printer Dock" and attempts to install or recognize the device
drivers, it won't. Very odd this is. Clean install of the Easyshare
software, too. And the Printer Dock portion of the install.
