MS Program Access Right

I have using Windows XP Pro SP1 with standalone PC. I will create new
profile login ID,i want protect the software installation. ex. I have disabl
user cannot install the MSN, ICQ. or other software, please advice how to
defind .

Hi,

1) Make the new accounts limited users and they won't have permissions to
install software.

2) Set permissions on existing program folders so they cannot access them to
run the software for any existing programs you do not want them to use.

3) One of my favorite controls: If you are behind a router, block ports used
by the common IM programs so that even if they get access to the programs
(kids are pretty smart you know), the messages don't get through.

If using Windows default function disable the software installation is ok,
do you know any software install for same as function.
