MS Outlook and MS Access 2003

Hi all, hope you enjoy the summer!

I have a smart tag attached to field in a record. The table consistes of 20
fields. I use the Smart Tag to send email to the reciepiant in this field.
Can i include all fields in the body of an email?...is it possible to
connect/relate more functions with Outlook/Access...?

You can include in an email body whatever you want.
I assume you have the Microsoft Outlook reference set up.
If so, use the object browser to see the full Outlook object model.
All is programmable via VBA.
However, you will need to be familiar with the object model and it is a
steep learning curve.
