MS Outlook 2007 to MS Outlook 2003

I want to move all settings from MS Outlook 2007 to MS Outlook 2003 (not the
other way round, because of budgeting constraints and the like).

I was planning to move the .pst files from my old laptop to the new laptop
(MS Outlook 2003), and see if it comes up then configure the rules etc.

Moreover I would need some way of separating 'work' (hosted on MS Exchange
2007) and 'personal' folders which are stored on the local hard disk.
Basically I was going to load the .pst file and it would come up as a
separate set of folders hopefully.

Has anyone carried out similar tasks? Feedback would be appreciated.

There's no good way to move all the settings because many of them are kept
in the registry.

Adding a PST to a mail profile will display it as a separate set of folders.
It won't merge the data in the PST with that in the Exchange mailbox.
