Outlook dispair

I recently published outlook calendar on using the msonline service using an
old hotmail account for 2 people. Then we decided to delete these shared
calendars. However i still receive prompts to enter the hotmail/windows live
username and password when i use Outlook 2007. I have deleted all references
to the calendar in the outlook profile and account settings. I cannot log
into the hotmail account as i have fogotten the password and hotmail support
won't help. Is there a way to prevent these pop ups on the pc ?

It was deleted from the published calendars section of tools, accounts? If
so, you may need to make a new profile. If you also subscribed to it, you
need to delete that too.
