MS Office XP not your default e-mail editor

I get this error message when users access the citrix/terminal server and
Citrix claims that since it doesn't work with TS it's a MS problem. How can
I fix this problem without calling MS or re-installing the software? Thank
for your help

ERROIR: "This form requires Word as your e-mail editor, but Word is either
busy or cannot be found. The form will be opened in the Outlook editor
instead."
