No, Vista Ultimate is NOT required, Outlook 2003 works just fine on all
versions of Vista. Where in the Exchange Server setup are you running into
trouble (the more detail you can provide, the better)?

Is this a 64-bit Vista system? If so, you'll need to look in the 32-bit
applet section of Control Panel as Outlook 2003 is a 32-bit application.

Could I have just copied a settings file from OUTLOOK in my old XP machine
over to OUTLOOK in my new VISTA machine?
