MS-DOS or 16 Bit Windows Program

I have followed the directions under Windows article Q305521 to expand
Autoexec.nt, Command.com, and config.nt so that a 16 bit Windows program will
work. I am running W2000 Pro and installed it using an upgrade cd. I can
expand 2 of the files but not the autoexec.nt. Any thoughts?

You can copy the file from;
\winnt\repair
directory.
