MS Antispyware & Trend Micro Int Sec 2005

I've just run into a similar but worse problem. I've
installed MS Anti-SpyWare and its apparent conflict with
Trend Micro has rendered my laptop useless (i.e., I
cannot uninstall MS Anti-SpyWare, cannot access any of my
files or other programs, etc).

I'll be dropping it off with a licensed IBM repair shop
first thing in the morning.

My $0.02? Use (and trust) Trend Micro's SpyWare (it came
with your Internet Security package). And if your machine
still running - uninstall MS Anti-Spyware while you still
have a chance.
