hi to all

i make some project five year back,
now i am making another one, but forget some functions.

i am making forums and Reports for Student Record.

i've some Question,

1. how to make drop down manu and Save Data in it?
(mean to say i want to save data in Drop down menu and then use it when i am entering Record)

2. how to generate automatic number?

3. how exprassion Builder works?

4. how to write SQL statement in MS Access?

5. how to generate the Report using different Field Names?

is "F1" help enough for these Questions?
