Hi, I'm Jim. I'm new to this group. I have a situation where I have a
memo field on a form that I would like to use for multiple short
paragraphs. I am able to type one line ending in a period, then space
over until I can begin typing again on the left margin as if starting a
second paragraph, then spacing to start a third on the left margin and
so on. The print on the screen looks proper and good but in print
preview and when printed the new paragraph lines are all over the text
box (they don't line up on the left margin except for the first). This
form is used as a report for a particular condition for each entry and
the entire database was recently converted from 97 to 2000. Multiple
printers have been used and each exhibits the same problem with the
alignment. Since the conversion there has been several other problems
I've had that I'm working through, such as with code and modules not
functioning and even pre-programmed macros not working, but my
immediated problem is with the memo field situation above. If anyone
has any suggestions, please send them along. Thanks. Jim.
