MS ACCESS 2007 deleting MS ACCESS 2003 forms and reports

I have created an Access 2003 DB for a multi user environment, 2 user
have version 2003 and 2 have 2007. There is nothing special about the
DB (Just data entry), but about 4 times a day my users get the error
"The Form name "frmmain" is misspelled or missing or refers to a form
that does not exist."

When I hold the Shift key and enter to open the database and see what
the problem is, all the forms and reports are gone. Has any one run
into this problem before or know of a solution?
