Word MS 2007 Word Spacing

I use Microsoft Office 2007 and in Word can anyone please tell me how to set No Spacing as default as each time i open Word Spacing is set as Normal, i have spent some time going through setting within Word but cant seem to find this setting, any help or advice appreciated

not having 2007 i dunno if this will work but this is what i've found

Office (aka the Pizza button; upper left corner of Word window), Word
Options (bottom of Word window), Advanced tab, Display section.

Hi

I have found this plug in for Word 2007 and as it can be turned on and off "also its a trial download" i think i will try it out as i used MS Office 2003 quite a bit.
