MPS Table Version

Hi. I am currently using an MSI motherboard model K7T266
Pro2-A MS-6380E Ver: 1.0. I have Windows XP installed and
under my bios settings there is an option call MPS(Multi-
Processor Specification) Table Version and there are two
values that I can select from for it. The values are: 1.4
and 1.1. The manual recommended me to consult my
operating system vendor to get the correct version that is
supported by my OS. I am currently using WinXP Pro
version 2002 and don't know where to go to get this
information. If anybody out there know which setting I
should choose please let me know. I would greatly
appreciate the help. Thank you.

Hopefully someone else here will have the answer to your very specific
question. However, I thought you might like the url to this excellent
resource: www.amdmb.com .Check out their forums. Even if you don't
have an AMD processor, the motherboard forums are a wealth of
information and I have no doubt that posters in the MSI area can help
you.
