mpeg file too large to email--recipients email's returned undelive

Hello,
I am getting emails returned as "too large a file" to be recvd from family.
In particular, the email I am trying to send is a mpeg video attachment from
dgital camera. I want to change this file to a .wmv flie. Is this possible?
or is there something else I should be doing?

Send it via an online service like www.yousendit.com Most email servers
can't handle an attachment more than a couple of mbs, and you won't get a
decent video with tiny files.
