MP3 File Edtor.

Hello ! Please help !
I have many Audio Files loaded on my Computer....through
Windows Media Player. These are CDs I own..and have
uploaded them myself. Thus they are in the WMA File
Format. After I convert these Audio Files which are
basicaly songs to MP3 File Format. Is there a Program I
can use to Cut sections of these songs and upload them to
a website. Any help will be greatly appreciated !
