Moving window using keyboard

While installing a program one of the pop up windows is larger than the
desktop and the places where you click "continue" or "cancel" are hidden
off the screen. I have seen the solution to moving the window upward so
that you can click on the proper spot, but in a senior moment cannot
recall how it is done. Anyone know what I am talking about?

Alt, Space, M while the window is active. Use the cursor keys to move the window and press Enter when its where you want it.

Alt-space brings up the system menu, same as clicking on the icon in
the upper LEFT corner. Then press M (for Move). Then press the arrow
keys till it's moved where you want.

"The waters? What waters? We're in the desert."
"I was misinformed."
