moving PS3 movies to Studio 10?

is there way to import PS3 movie file to Studio 10 for further work? i have
moved PS3 movie to Movie Maker for edit/add etc but would like to use more
full featured program

you need to convert the story (WMV) file to a type II DV-AVI file... if you
do it routinely, I'd suggest saving the story to a 720x480 profile (assuming
you're in NTSC) wmv file and using TMPGEnc to convert it to a DV-AVI file,
using the Panasonic DV codec....

if you go through Movie Maker to a DV-AVI file, it'll be type I and you'll
need to convert it to type II for Studio.
