Moving Profiles

I have an 80GB Drive with XP pro on it. I want to
repartition, and put the OS (C:) drive into a 6GB
Partition, and then leave the rest for Documents etc on
another partition, and use another partition for Games. Is
it possible to move the location of the Documents and
Settings Folder, to another partition, so as My My
Documents Folder has the same security, and can use the
40GB partition I have for Documents. Will all the other
profiles be moved also, and will any new profiles be
created in the new partition, or will a new Documents and
Setting Folder be created on the C: Drive? Or am I
constrained by having to have the profiles stored on the
same partition as the OS.
