moving outlook2000 to outlook2002

can someone please help me?
I have a new dell computer that has windows XP 2002.I
have an old computer with (windows 98 se and microsft
office small bussiness)..I have outlook on the dell but i
can't get my files,contacts,task,notes ext. to transfer
from my old comp. to the new one..Does anyone got a
minute to explain it to me?
