Moving contacts and activities from BCM to OUtlook

I am fed up with BCM, and i don't really need the additional features. I
want to move all contacts, including tasks, and history items to OUtlook.
How do i do this without re entering EVERYTHING?

No.
My concern is getting all the communication history, including phone calls
and completed tasks in to the activities of each contact. I don't want to
lose this info.

Where do you want to store this info in outlook without using BCM?
- Outlook task are one level only. (no link to something like "projects")
- Don't know about a contact releated phone log in outlook?
- Contacts are one level only, no relation to an account.
