Moving a Movie Maker project

I am working on a project and wanted to take the project home. I copied the
entire folder with all the files onto an external drive. When I opened the
project on another computer, there are red X's in place of all the pictures,
videos, etc. How can I move the project from one computer to another for
editing? Can I use Windows Briefcase to eliminate that problem?

You also have to move all the source files...
images, videos, sound files. The .mswmm
file does not include the source files, it only
records a path to the original locations.

Once the files are moved...you should be
able to right click the Red Xs and browse
to the location of the source files.
