Moving a borderless form in access 2007

Greeting,
I am new to access/vba programming. I have a simple single form with border
style set to none and pop-up and modal to Yes. I would like to know how can I
move this form by left clicking anywhere on it. I have found some vba codes
on the internet, but I just can’t figure it out where/what to put. if anyone
has experience with this issue I would very much appreciate it if she/he can
explain me step-by-step how to do it.
