Tim

I hope that I can give you all the info you need to help
me with my problem, if not just let me know.

I have a Cannon ES6000 8mm Video Camcorder and I'm trying
to capture the video on my computer which is:

Dell Dimension 8250, Intel Pentium 4 Processor at 3.06
GHz.
200GB Ultra ATA/100 Hard Drive.
512MB PC1066 RDRAM.
16X DVD-Rom Drive.
4X DVD+R/RW CD-RW Combination Drive.
3.5 in. Floppy Drive.
128MB DDR ATI Radeon 9700 Pro Graphics Card with TV-Out
and DVI.
SoundBlaster Live.
Intel Pro 100M Integrated PCI NIC Card.
56K PCI Telephony Modem.
21 in. P1130 FD Trinitron Monitor.
Dell Enhanced Multimedia PS/2 Keyboard.
Logitech Optical USB Mouse.
Harmon Kardon HK-395 Speakers.
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition.
Microsoft Plus for Windows.
Dell Movie Studio Plus.

The problem that I am having is I can not get the audio
to record at all, the video looks fine but I can not hear
any audio during the capture or from playback from the
computer.

The driver on the 128MB DDR ATI Radeon 9700 Pro Graphics
Card is version 6.14.1.6292.

Thank you,

Tim
