Movie maker saving problems

G

Guest

I'm a first time user of movie maker and everything works out fine up untill
its time for me to save my movie to a cd-r. After the cd-r is burned I try
to play it in every player I have available at my home. And the most results
I've come to see is a fast-forwarded version of my creation on my computer.
If there is anyone out there who can help me i would be most appreicative!

Thanks,
Mr1

ps: one of dvd players even supports the "high mat" funtion of the movie
maker program. I really dont know what Im doing wrong.

You're not doing anything wrong... your "High Mat" player probably doesn't
include the word "video" at the bottom of the logo.

Movie Maker burns discs with WMV files on them... for playback on computers,
not stand-alone DVD players.

You need to use other software to make the discs... see the CD and DVD
sections of my website for info about what's being used.
