Movie Maker Crashes immedietely upon opening it

As soon as I open Movie Maker it crashes. I have all the latest
Microsoft updates which have not helped. I only opened the program
once before, months ago, and it worked fine. But now it doesnt and it
is very hard for me to determine exactly what happened in the mean time
to break it.

Below is the error I receive:

AppName: moviemk.exe AppVer: 2.0.3312.0 ModName: qedit.dll
ModVer: 6.5.2600.2180 Offset: 0001b2af

Any advice on how I can get this to work?

Thank you so much,

Steve

Neither of those links really get at what my issue is. I don't have
any effects running, as I have never made a movie with it before. I
have recently installed a PCMCIA TV Tuner Card. Are there any known
incompatibilities?

Thanks

Is there anyone else that has advice on this matter? I would really
appreciate any feedback you could give me.

Thank you
