I have used !Plus Photo Story 2 to build some excellent projects, but this
time I'm pushing the envelope on what it can handle and need help with some
options.
I am using an XP system with out of the box software (besides !Plus PS2) for
Windows Movie Maker Ver 5.1.
I have 230 pictures (!Plus allows 150 per project/video) for a total of 20
minutes of video (pictures whow 5 seconds each) that I need to pull together.
So far I have broken the pics into 7 smaller movies, but when I tried to use
Windows Movie Makes to tie the first two together, the result were horrific.
Pictures are distorted and panes skip, plus it took 15 minutes to merge them.
!Plus saved the .wmv and the .psc in less than two minutes.
I have software to create one long sound track, if needed, but my challenge
is getting all of the pictures, with good quality. The end state must be a
movie/video that I can give for use in a DVD player.
So here are my questions:
1) Since the quality is so much better in !Plus, is there a way to merge two
..psc or !Plus generated .wmv files together that will allow me to exceed the
150 picture limit?
2) Are there options in WMM that I can tweak to improve the output? All of
the editing and prevew stuff looked great, but when I saved it a s amovie,
the output was junk (see above).
3) Is there an upgrade to !Plus that will help? The videos it generates are
much better (though not as good as the .wmv output) when compared to WMM.
4) Any other ideas?
