Movetree to move users

I have to move few users to a child domain . The Child
domain is connected via PPTP connection to the root.

I am trying to use the Movetree utility but it constantly
gives me weird errors :

On the dos prompt it says "there are some objects in the
OU which can not be moved, clean-up those before moving"
(OU has just one test user with only domain user group)

in the movetree.chk it says:
ReturnCode: 0x202b A referral was returned from the server.

MoveTree check destination RDN conflict for object:
ou=dctest,dc=pricesystems,dc=com
ReturnCode: 0x20e4 The naming context could not be found.

MoveTree cross domain move check for object:
OU=dctest,DC=pricesystems,DC=com

Looked at all KB articles but couldn't find much. Any help
will be really apprcaited.

Why don't you download and use the ADMT v2 program
from Microsoft?

It does almost everything that Movetree will do and is
easier to use.
