Move ServicePackFiles, Driver Cache, $NtUninstallQ*$, $NtServicePackUninstall$?

Doing all these Windows XP updates has eaten up a lot of space on my hard
drive.

I'm wondering if it's OK to burn these onto CD-ROM, and then delete them:

Driver Cache (94MB)
ServicePackFiles (256 MB)
$NtServicePackUninstall$ (244 MB)
$xpsp1hfm$
$NtUninstallQ######$ (varying sizes)

Also, if it *is* OK, do I need to edit any registry keys?

The uninstalls can just go in the trash. You won't need them.
