Hi -
I have a set of sub-folders for my Inbox and some rules to move incoming
emails to those sub-folders. I retrieve emails from multiple accounts. In
one situation I have two rules, executed in this order:
1. If email comes from <[email protected]>, move to sub-folder A
2. If email arrives to my email account <account1>, move to sub-folder B
The problem is, if I get an email from <[email protected]>, it correctly
moves it to sub-folder A, but if the email also happens to be sent to my
email account <account1>, it ALSO places a copy into sub-folder B. So
evidently, my Rule 1 is not moving it in time and so Rule 2 thinks is hasn't
been moved and executes.
How can I only get Rule 1 to execute?
Thanks.
