Move Personal folders to Mailbox

Hi,
Is there a way to move all the folders in a PST file to the mailbox at
once (not 1 folder at a time)?

You can use import but since it is not the most reliable option in Outlook I
wouldn't recommend using it.
What exactly are you trying to achieve and why?
Note that you can move entire folder trees in one go. Surely you don't have
created the folders directly below the root?
