Move mail from OE to Outlook 2000

I want to move my mail files (*.dbx) from Outlook Express to Outlook 2000. I
want to keep the original time and date of the email messages. Do I open OE
and do an Export Files or do I open Outlook and do an Import Files? Any other
guidance would be appreciated

Exporting from Outlook Express will preserver the date. Importing with
Outlook will change it.
