Move Deleted Emails to Personal Folder Deleted Emails

I want to move all my Deleted Emails to my Personal Folder Deleted Emails.
Under the Tools Menu -> Rules & Alerts it's not on the Template List. I also
attempted to start from a blank rule, however the only options for the
beginning of the Rule are "check messages when they arrive" and "move it to a
spevified folder". Not sure if any of these work.

Click in the Deleted Items.
Click on a message.
Control - A
Control - C
Click on the Deleted Items where you want to move them to.
Control - V
Once it's done and you're sure they've all moved, empty your deleted items.

Oh, and stop storing stuff you want to keep in your deleted items folder.
That's just silly.
