Move command question

If I do this from XP Pro to 2KS
c:\users\administrator [(firecat) 14:27, Sun 08/24/2003] move
"d:\movies\Wonder
Boys" \\bliss\g$\Movies

I get:
Access is denied.

However I can successfuly move the dir. from Explorer.

Can someone clue me in as to why Move can't move the dir? I tried mounting
\\bliss\g$ as a drive letter and no joy there either.

Are you sure you use the word "move" properly?

What does XCACLS (from the Resource Kit) [or similar] show for the two
directories involved?

Yes, I can move a dir only to the same drive but not across drives, local or
remote. A file can be moved across drives. I have full access to all dirs.
