Mouse Wheel

I just installed access 2007 in the computers in the office i work in and now
the mouse wheel doesnt work I have read all the articles about the mouse
wheel and still can not figure out how to get it to work Does any one know
how to get the mouse to work in (FORMS) and if you do can you please explain
it to me in a simple way so i can get the mouse working in my databases
