Mouse Wheel

Wondering if anyone else has this problem.
Even when I disable my Microsoft wireless mouse's
vertical scrolling, I'm still able to move between records
using the mouse wheel.
Funny thing though, vertical scrolling is disabled everywhere
else on my system except where I want it to be disabled.
I know there is some code out there to disable the mouse
wheel but it seems a bit much and it seem to me I shouldn't
have to run code in my db app just to disable the vertical scrolling
in single form view.
Any help will be appreciated
