mouse- rt side menu not dropping

I have been using a Microsoft wireless notebook optical mouse 3000 without
any problems at all. very pleased, however: a few days ago, some changes
occurred in a couple of areas of my computer. When I click on the right side
of the mouse, the usual drop down menu does not occur. nothing happens. I
have tried a usb mouse which came with the computer and the same occurred.
I also have a problem with messenger both the windows live and yahoo being
shut down with a message of "pyagcore.search." which says "null". In
researching this it appears that perhaps Kiwi which I had deleted from my
programs left behind some issues. Does anyone know if the two is related? I
have found a program that can remove the KIWI but am not able to use the
program because of the mouse. Is there another way to get the drop down menu.

If you had "Googled" this, you will find that you have a malware infection.
Download and install malwarebytes (www.malwarebytes.org) update it and then run it in the SAFE Mode.
I would also download and run "superantispyware" (www.superantispyware.com).
