How does one disable the Spanish text in English mouse over text, ie: news
headlines, it is annoying and distracting, this just started a few weeks
ago, it seems everyone thinks spanish the Official language these days.

Hi Railroader,

Google toolbar installed? See Google toolbar options to switch off mouse
over translations.
