We have several PCs running Windows 2000 that we are
rolling out to our users. Several of them (not all) are
experiencing problems with double-clicking the desktop
items. When they double-click, the properties menu comes
up (as if the right-clicked the icon).
This is corrected by rebooting, and it happens
intermittently, so we cannot reliably recreate the
problem. Downloading drivers does not seem to work, so
what other options do I have?
