My phone recently died and I received a new one but am unable to sync back
together. Now, I did a hard reset on my phone hoping to jsut bring over the
computer info but they still won't talk. The phone sees the sync attempt but
they aren't working together? Ive uninstalled outlook, active sync, reset
phone connection, etc..... I was told something in outlook is blocking access?

Also, I have a sprint phone card and I can not use outlook if I am connected
via LAN? It will not go on line unles I am on the phone card?
Think they are related?

There are no settings in Outlook that govern the sync process. It's all in
the hands of the sync program.

accounts, select the acct and click change, then more settings, connection
