There are few ways you can do so.
You can add another motion path, then move the path so that it matches the
original path, with the exception that the starting position (green) is now
the ending position (red) and vice versa.
Another way is to make a duplicate of the object so that it has the original
path attached. Then, right click on the path and click reverse path
direction. Move the path so that it matches the original path.
Once the original object reached its destination, make it disappear, while
the duplicate will appear With Previous.
Lastly, the duplicate motion path will be the last animation.
