motherboard help please

I have put together a Asus P4C800 with a P4 chip.When I powered it up the green
led light is on & the fan runs.I get no Bios Beep codes & the monitor is blank.
I would appreciate any help.Thanks.

Take the Heatsink and CPU out and re-install it. Make sure it is seated
properly. Double check all your connections.
