motheboard questions!

Hi
I am reading the spec of this motherboard (AsRock K7VM4) and I could
not read anything related to the "system clock"!! I can see it is
mentioned that this support AMD 333/266/200 FSB but what is the system
clock of the board??

2) Why most Motherboard specs do not mention anything about the "south
bridge", only the north bridge?? is not south bridge important factor
to decide the quality of the MB??

3) This motherboard has a build in Video card, and it is mentioned
that the video card support "64MB Max Shared memory".
WHat does Max Shared memory mean?? sharing what and with whom??

http://www.asrockamerica.com/Products/K7VM4.htm

thanks a lot for the help in advance.

Well, as long as the mobo supports the cpu that you want, then it will
have the correct 'system clock' settings for it. Normally the system
clock is set automatically, depending on the cpu that is being used.

Not sure.

Sharing with the amount of memory (RAM) that you put in the motherboard.
So, if you put 256MB of memory on the board, up to 64Mb of that memory
can be set aside (normally done in the BIOS) for use by the onboard
graphics card.

1) 100,133,166MHz.
2) Because the Northbridge is the important one that does all the work.
3) It uses some of the system RAM for graphics memory.
