Morrowind and Ghost Recon Memory Error

Before anyone says anything the answer is yes.

I have SP 4 I have all audio, video, chipsets, BIOS, and
game patches up to date.

Why have I been getting "application error: the
instruction at "0x0a3e86" referenced memory at "0x0000000"
the memory could not be read.

The first address location changes but the second is
always the fist memory location.

Any suggestion would be helpful...cause I've spent two
months on this DAmn problem.
