More Than 2GB RAM USB Flash Drive Not Recognize

I finally knows the root problem of my Vista not recognizing my flash drive,
it is the problem that my machine had over 2GB RAM, I got 2.5GB, I removed
512MB and it works, I don't want to make my USB2.0 as USB1.1, nor make my
machine at 2GB RAM, is there any fix for it?

Previously I'm using my flash drive on my Vista with 2.5GB of RAM, now it
don't works. Thanks.

Upgrade your Vista to the 64-bit one. Vista 32-bit only excepts 4GB of RAM.

How does that make sense? I mean, the 4GB limit applies to the number of
physical memory addresses...
